I am a long-time resident of the Wiregrass Area.  My previous business experiences has made me familiar with most of the area communities. I have established a network of friends, family and business associates throughout the Wiregrass which has brought me much joy and happiness.

After selling my antiques business and nursery, I have done what so many others have done in our country.  I retrained myself for a new working experience.  My decision to become a realtor is that I have a desire to help people in difficult times.  Whether they are buying or selling a home, it is a time of stress due to moving out of a house that has become a home or moving into a new house that will become a home.  I am here to help you in either of these circumstances 

Carole's Letter to Friends and Associates

September 30, 2003

Dear Friends and Associates,

I have recently sold my antiques business and nursery on Highway 431 in Headland. During the past few months I have acquired my real estate license and my auctioneer’s license and will be affiliated with Prudential – Showcase Properties in Dothan, Alabama. I am excited to be associated with such a prestigious company and the dynamic group I will be working with. 

I am approaching you as a friend because you have known me through the years and have followed my endeavors in the Henry County School System, ten years at Kaiser Agricultural Chemicals, five years as Cub Scout den leader, two years as Cubmaster, twenty years at The Strawberry Patch Antiques, ten years at Garden Patch Plants and twenty-two years at Carole Parker Crop Insurance, which I will remain active in. I have a strong work ethic and am a highly motivated individual.

While you might not be in the market to buy or sell property at this time, perhaps you know of someone wishing to do so. I’m hoping you will help me launch my new career by passing my name around to these individuals. Also, during my year’s apprenticeship as auctioneer, I am offering my services, complimentary, as auctioneer for any charitable organization you might be involved in. I can assist in organizing other types of auctions with my sponsor’s supervision.
